Shipping Domestic

All items are shipped within 7 - 14 business days after fulfillment. Therefore, items tend to arrive in 10 - 14 business days counting from the next day after the order was placed. This excludes the shipping days, holidays, and weekends.

Shipping International (Canada ONLY at this time)

All items are shipped within 7 - 14 business days after fulfillment. Therefore, items tend to arrive in 14 - 21 business days counting from the next day after the order was placed. This excludes the shipping days, holidays, and weekends.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the merchandise if return is due to product quality for exchange only.

• First - Email us at info@b2yb1b.com to alert us of the damage along with images of the damage.
• Second - Send all returns to Brought to You by One Believer or B2YB1B - P O Box 2622 Drive, Alpharetta GA 30023-2622. Include packing slip, bar sticker that was attached to the merchandise or printed email confirmation for returns to be processed.
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
• There are no refunds.
